Club Monaco accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the receipt or packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return packing slip inside the package.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
